1. General Provisions

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing by completing the return form available on the website.
6.3. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer, except in cases of defect or error on the part of the Seller.
6.4. The amount for the returned goods will be refunded within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
7. Warranties and Claims
7.1. All goods offered by the Seller are new and original.
7.2. The Customer has the right to file a claim upon receipt of defective or damaged goods.
7.3. Claims are accepted within the legally established time limits, and the costs of returning the goods are borne by the Seller in the event of a defect or error.
